Chicken Fajita

What You’ll Need:
Platinum Gourmet Skillet (Large)


  • 1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced thin
  • 2 colorful sweet bell peppers, sliced thin
  • 8 flour tortillas


Prepare a marinade in a large mixing bowl by mixing lime juice, soy sauce and garlic.  Place raw chicken pieces in marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat Platinum Gourmet skillet over medium heat until a drop of water placed in the skillet beads and dances.  Remove raw chicken from marinade and place in skillet.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to cook all sides of the chicken.

Add sliced onions and peppers to Platinum Gourmet skillet.  Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes on medium heat.  Serve with warm tortillas.
