Lemon Caper Salmon

What You’ll Need: 2qt Roasting Pan, Grill Pan,


  • Salmon Fillet
  • 1 1/3 cup of White Wine
  • 1 cup of Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp of Butter
  • 1/2 cup of chopped Garlic
  • 3 tbsp of Capers
  • 1/2 Lemon (meat only)
  • 1 1/4 cup of Milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

In 2qt pan turn to medium for 4 minutes, and then add butter with chopped garlic and sauté. Add cream cheese and slowly pour in milk. Then add Parmesan, mix well and then add capers and lemon meat. Cover, wait until thermo knob hits 40 and turn to low for 15 minutes.

Place Salmon in a cold Grill Pan, squeeze half a lemon over it and some cracked pepper. Cover, turn to medium, wait till thermo knob hits 40, and turn to low and cook for 15 minutes. Place salmon in plate and pour sauce over it.

Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
